Lukas Coreth is deputy head of the production department at Hilcona

Attendance at many internal and external trainings also enabled me to make ongoing progress. I too always pass my know-how on to my colleagues. This includes not just professional expertise, but also hints and ideas for equipment use. Today, as well as supervising and organising the production processes, I perform numerous organisational tasks. Many of them include management of other employees to which I personally attach great importance. Lukas Coreth, aged 30, began his career with Hilcona in 2008 as a production specialist at the Schaan site. Through ongoing further training he went on to become a foreman and was later promoted to the post of shift manager. In addition, he qualified as a certified industrial supervisor. Today, he manages a team of more than 100 colleagues as Deputy Head of Department.
