An apprenticeship with that little bit extra

09.12.2022 Working at Bell Food Group
Two artistically painted Bell trucks have recently taken to the roads in Switzerland. The trucks were designed by the renowned street art artists Mr. Cenz and Bustart. This is no coincidence. With their artwork, the two have made a significant contribution to the largest mural in Switzerland, which has been beautifying the Bell site on Flughafenstrasse in Basel since 2020.

Under the slogan "We make professionals", the two rolling works of art were dedicated to Bell's many apprentices. The company has a long tradition as a training company. The range on offer is as diverse as it is varied. The spectrum ranges from production-related professions such as meat specialists and food technologists to technical professions such as logisticians and automation technicians and office training such as commercial clerks and IT specialists. In addition to professional support and good development and training prospects in an international environment, the apprenticeship training is also characterized by exciting and varied additional offers "off the job". Apprentices are always given the opportunity to break out of their normal working day and gain great experience. A few examples in the slide show:

Music is in the air - musicians Bligg and Mark Sway, aka Blay, stopped off at Bell in Basel on their big tour of Switzerland in 2021. Our apprentices were able to enjoy an exclusive private concert by the two music stars. Exchanging ideas and maintaining contacts.
