As an attractive employer, we offer modern employment conditions, are actively committed to respecting human rights in our supply chain and require 100% of our direct suppliers from risk areas to meet a valid social standard by 2026.

Health and safety in the workplace

We promote the physical and mental health of all employees and will raise our management system for occupational health and safety to a uniform standard throughout the Bell Food Group by 2026.
