Fresh meat

In Switzerland, the Bell Food Group produces and processes fresh beef, veal, pork and lamb. The range includes a complete product range for the retail, food service and food industry channels. Bell has a high level of expertise in product ranges with higher animal welfare standards.

Charcuterie

In Switzerland, the Bell Food Group covers almost all charcuterie segments. Internationally, the focus is on regional raw ham and raw sausage specialties from its own production thanks to numerous production plants and manufactories.

Poultry

In the poultry sector, the Bell Food Group offers a complete range of chicken and turkey in Switzerland, Austria and Germany. It plays a leading role in Europe in the organic and animal welfare sector. In production, it attaches particular importance to products with sustainable added value.

Seafood

In Switzerland, the Bell Food Group is the largest supplier of seafood and markets fresh fish, crustaceans, seafood and frozen products very successfully. Bell Seafood is a pioneer in the procurement of seafood from sustainable sources.

Fresh convenience

The fresh convenience range focuses on easy preparation at home and includes fresh dishes, chilled pasta, ready-made pizzas and sauces. In this area, the Bell Food Group is one of the leading category specialists in Europe.

To-go range

The to-go range includes fresh products with a short shelf life for out-of-home consumption, such as salads, sandwiches, muesli, fruit cups and wraps. The products are characterized by high quality and artisanal production in specialized companies.

Vegetarian and vegan products

The Bell Food Group has a wide range of vegetarian and vegan products. These now account for almost a quarter of sales. The range includes chopped salads, fruit and vegetables, but also vegetarian sauces, soups and menu components as well as tofu, hummus and plant-based meat alternatives such as burgers, sausages, steaks and schnitzels.

Shelf-stable convenience products

The long-life convenience products include soups, sauces, bouillons, seasoning mixes, dressings and dips, desserts, functional foods, chilled fresh herb products, canned vegetables and menu components. Most of the ranges are available as dry or liquid products.
